Broad Street NHS CATS has wheelchair access throughout. Facilities are also available for the deaf.

Confidentiality and access to records

Broad Street NHS CATS is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and follows all statutory requirements regarding confidentiality, including the appropriate guidelines for information security.

You have a right to access information we hold about you. To apply for access to your information you should contact the Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service Manager on 020 8596 4400.

Complaints and comments

Care UK makes every effort to ensure good customer service and patient satisfaction. If, however, you are in any way dissatisfied with the service received and would like to make a complaint, please contact the reception desk for a copy of our complaints procedure. We also welcome your comments and suggestions for improving our service and feedback forms are available at the reception desk.
