 Your GP will give you a unique booking reference. Please allow two working days for your details to reach Broad Street, then telephone 020 8465 3712 to arrange your appointment. One of the bookings team will make an appointment for you at a convenient time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact the bookings team on 020 8465 3712. If you do not attend an appointment on two occasions, without letting us know, you will be removed from our list, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We will aim to make your appointment within a few days, but sometimes it can take up to a month. There may be occasions where your appointment needs to be changed, although we try our best to avoid this where possible. Please allow up to two hours for your appointment. You may want
to bring a family member or friend with you. Depending on the outcome of your consultation, you may receive immediate treatment at the Centre or be asked to return on another day. It may also be necessary to refer you on to another service or to hospital for further treatment. |
